Riley's Way Terms of Service / Terms of Use

Version 2026-07-31-terms. These Terms of Service and Terms of Use govern the Riley's Way storefront, app.rileysway.com, Crown Club memberships, parent accounts, child profiles, digital content, products, support, privacy-request tools, and related services. At this initial launch, Riley's Way and Crown Club sales, checkout, and app enrollment are open to customers and parent-led families in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia while broader availability is prepared.

Adult parent responsibility:

Crown Club memberships are parent-led. A parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old must create and control the account, accept these Terms, complete checkout, manage billing, provide or decline child-data consent, supervise Child Mode, and manage child-profile access. A child does not accept commercial Terms.

Child-profile eligibility:

Crown Club child profiles are designed for girls ages 6 through 16. Age information is used for age-path placement. Riley's Way does not ask for a child's public full name, school, address, phone number, personal email, social handle, public contact details, or precise location for standard Crown Club setup.

Membership plans and renewal:

Regular prices are Individual Monthly $15/month for 1 child, Individual 6-Month $85 for 6 months for 1 child, Individual Annual $165/year for 1 child, Family Monthly $35/month for up to 3 children, Family 6-Month $199 for 6 months for up to 3 children, and Family Annual $385/year for up to 3 children. Founding Individual Annual is $150/year for 1 child and limited to the first 50 Founding Individual families. Founding Family Annual is $350/year for up to 3 children and limited to the first 50 Founding Family families. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Starter Preview:

Starter Preview is a free adult parent demonstration. It does not require payment information, does not automatically convert to paid, and does not create or activate a real child profile before required verification and consent.

Promotions and founding offers:

Promotional or founding offers apply only when the product page states the exact eligible plan, promotional price, start and end date or cap, renewal price, renewal frequency, automatic-renewal status, cancellation terms, refund terms, U.S.-only status, and whether the discount applies only to the first term. The founding annual launch offers begin August 1, 2026 while founding inventory remains available, renew annually at their founding annual price while the founding subscription remains active unless cancelled before the next billing date, and are not first-term-only discounts.

Cancellation and refunds:

Parents may cancel future renewals online through their account settings or subscription portal. Cancellation must not require a phone call or live representative. Access may continue through the paid term unless law, safety, chargeback, fraud, or account misuse requires otherwise. Ordinary subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current or past paid term, except where required by law or where Riley's Way verifies a billing error, duplicate charge, fraud issue, chargeback correction, or other account correction.

Acceptable use and child safety:

Users may not bully, harass, impersonate others, attempt to collect child contact details, seek adult-to-child private contact, groom or exploit a child, share an account without permission, access another family account, interfere with security, or misuse Riley's Way content. Community Photos is closed, private photo submission is temporarily unavailable, and Riley's Way does not allow adult-to-child private messaging, child-to-child direct messaging, public child profiles, or unreviewed open-text communication.

Content and intellectual property:

Riley's Way owns or licenses its service content and grants a limited personal-use license. Users may not copy, scrape, sell, or commercially reuse Riley's Way content. Parent-submitted content may be used only to provide, protect, moderate, and support the requested service unless a separate written release authorizes broader use. Riley's Way does not use child photos for marketing without a separate written release.

Supportive purpose:

Riley's Way content is educational and confidence-building. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, emergency service, or a substitute for qualified professional guidance. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Legal terms:

Riley's Way may suspend or terminate access to protect children, enforce these Terms, investigate misuse, or comply with law. These Terms are governed by Michigan law and appropriate Michigan venue, subject to mandatory consumer and child-privacy protections. These Terms do not add mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver and do not waive child-safety duties, privacy rights, fraud claims, gross negligence, willful misconduct, statutory consumer rights, or rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact:

Riley's Way may update these Terms, post the updated version, provide material-change notice where required, and require renewed acceptance where required for paid or child-profile use.
