Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice
Effective and last updated: July 31, 2026. At this initial launch, Riley's Way and Crown Club sales, checkout, and app enrollment are open to customers and parent-led families in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia while broader availability is prepared.
The complete operative Riley's Way Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice applies to the store, website, Crown Club, products, purchases, memberships, accounts, and related services. Read the complete policy at https://app.rileysway.com/privacy.
Riley's Way and Crown Club are parent-led. Parents create the account, manage checkout, confirm consent, control permissions, and contact support. Children do not manage billing or control the parent account.
Children ages 6-16
Crown Club uses nickname-only child profiles. Riley's Way uses a birthday or age only to place the child in Little Dreamers, Rising Stars, or Future Leaders. Riley's Way does not ask for a child's public full name, school, address, phone number, personal email, social handle, public contact details, or precise location for a normal Crown Club child profile.
Information used
Riley's Way may use parent account details, Shopify checkout details, membership access, child nickname, birthday or age path, avatar, consent records, activity progress, rewards, wishlist choices, support requests, safety reports, and moderation records needed to run Crown Club.
Consent
Creating a parent account is not child-data consent. Before an under-13 child profile is activated, Riley's Way shows a direct parent notice and records separate parental consent. Private photo review and Community Photos require separate parent permission.
What Riley's Way does not do
- Riley's Way does not sell minor data.
- Riley's Way does not use minor data for targeted advertising.
- Riley's Way does not use child photos for facial recognition.
- Riley's Way does not use child information to train third-party AI models.
- Riley's Way does not provide public child profiles, child direct messaging, adult-to-child private messaging, public location sharing, or unmoderated child photo/community posting.
Parent requests
Parents can ask Riley's Way to review, correct, delete, or stop future collection of child information. Parents can also withdraw consent for core child data, private photo review, or Community Photos. Email customersupport@rileysway.com or use https://app.rileysway.com/privacy-request.
