HOW DOES THE NHB CLUB SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

As a Natural Hair Beauty Club Subscriber, she’ll get a box or mailer filled with the BEST of Riley’s Way including best sellers, new releases, and limited edition (subscriber-only) products. Her box will include at least 2 inspirational products, or her mailer will include at least 1 inspirational products every month. She will always get at least one Riley’s Way tee, tank, or hoodie/sweatshirt along with other awesome items -- and whenever available, we will include items from other black-owned businesses we love and sure your NHB will too!

HOW MUCH IS A NHB CLUB PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION?

The Natural Hair Beauty Club premium subscription is $54.99 a month. 

HOW MUCH IS A NATURAL HAIR BEAUTY T-SHIRT CLUB SUBSCRIPTION?

The Natural Hair Beauty T-shirt Club subscription is $29.99 a month. 

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR THE MONTHLY RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP?

You will be billed for her first box/mailer with your initial purchase when you sign up. Starting with your second box, you will be billed on the 16th of each month going forward, and her boxes/mailers will start shipping around the 15th of the next month. You will not be billed for the next box until after the box from the current month has been shipped. You will receive a reminder email 1 day prior to billing. Your subscription will auto-renew each month unless you decide to cancel.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR THE PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP?

You will be billed for her prepaid NHB Club subscription box/mailer with your initial purchase when you sign up

. Her boxes/mailers will start shipping around the 15th of the next month. You will be billed every 3 or 6 months.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your subscription can be canceled at any time in your Natural Hair Beauty Club Account. If you've already been billed/paid for the next box/mailer, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. You must cancel before the 10th of the month to not be charged for renewal.

CAN I SIGN UP FOR JUST ONE BOX/MAILER? AND NOT AUTO RENEW?

Natural Hair Beauty Clubs are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one box, buy a monthly subscription, which can be canceled at any time on or before the next box/mailer shipment/billing cutoff (10th of each month).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Sezzle or Discover credit cards/debit cards as payment for auto rebill subscription orders.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP THE BOXES/MAILERS EACH MONTH?

The Natural Hair Beauty Club begins shipping around the 15th of each month. Once her box/mailer ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.

CAN I PUT HER SUBSCRIPTION ON PAUSE?

Yes, you can pause a future delivery and not be billed for it, without having to cancel her entire subscription. To do so, you must login into your NHB Club account and you will be allowed to process a pause request. To prevent unwanted charges requests should be made by the 10th.

If you are requesting to pause more than 2 months, we recommend cancelling your subscription and returning when you are ready to start her boxes/mailers again.

SHE RECEIVED HER BOX/MAILER AND ONE OF HER ITEMS WAS DAMAGED, WAS MISSING AN ITEM, OR HER ITEMS WERE NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED. CAN SHE GET A REPLACEMENT?

If she received her Natural Hair Beauty Club and she is missing an item from her box/mailer, an item has been damaged in shipping, or she received the wrong size item, please email us at customersupport@rileysway.net within 7 days from receipt of her box/mailer and we will replace the item for her. Unfortunately, after 7 days from the date her box has been delivered, we cannot replace the item. The contents make beautiful gifts.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept exchanges or returns for Natural Hair Beauty Club subscription items. Email us at customersupport@rileysway.net and give us your feedback to always improve our subscriptions. Our mission is to make every NHB Club subscription more than worth her while!

HOW CAN I CHANGE HER SIZE?

You can change her size in your in your Natural Hair Beauty Club account. Be sure to make your changes by the 10th of each month to insure the changes for the following month delivery.

HOW DO I SHARE HER PICTURE OR UNBOXING VIDEO WITH YOU?

OMG Yes! We absolutely live for our customers feedback and reviews! Just post her pics or video on Instagram or Facebook and hashtag #nhbclubsubscription. You can also submit a photo review on the Natural Hair Beauty Club subscription page on the website.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING OR PAYMENT INFORMATION?

You can change your shipping address in your Natural Hair Beauty Club account. You can update your payment information in your Natural Hair Beauty Club Account as well. Be sure to update the mailing address by the 10th of each month for the following month delivery.

HER BOX WAS RETURNED TO US. WILL IT BE RESHIPPED?

If her Natural Hair Beauty Club box/mailer is returned to us, her box can be reshipped under the current shipping prices(subject to change) or credit for the cost of the box/mailer will be applied towards your next renewal date. Any changes to the mailing address MUST be made prior to rebilling. Whatever address is on file at the time of renewal on the 16th is the address her box/mailer will be shipped to.

MY TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS HER BOX WAS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT.

If your order status shows "delivered," but she hasn’t received her package, we recommend first trying the following:

-Double check your porch, mailbox, or garage
-Ask your neighbors.
-Ask the delivery service where the package was left.

If you are still unable to locate her package don't worry! As we normally do not have any extra boxes/mailers, you can recieve one credit per the calendar year for a box/mailer that was reported as delivered but was not received. The cost of the box/mailer will be applied towards your next renewal date. Please reach us at customersupport@rileysway.net. We advise to make sure your shipping address for all future shipments in your account are going to the correct address.

I HAVE A BLOG OR VLOG AND WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW THE NATURAL HAIR BEAUTY CLUB. CAN I RECEIVE A BOX TO REVIEW?

You can email us at ordersupport@rileysway.net with information about your blog or vlog including traffic and subscriber stats (include social media channels) for consideration. Subject: Natural Hair Beauty Club Review Request.

I HAVE A PRODUCT THAT I THINK WOULD BE GREAT FOR YOUR NHB CLUB BOX. HOW CAN MY PRODUCT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADDITION IN A FUTURE BOX?

I HAVE A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION; HOW DOES THAT WORK?

With a gift subscription, she gets the same box as everyone else for 3 or 6 months. It is just pre-paid-up front, and you save a little more or receive a FREE box or t-shirt that way. Just pay for shipping.

IS THE NATURAL HAIR BEAUTY CLUB AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

Not at this moment but we are working on it.
